Our Services
The Thinkery Consulting Group (“The Thinkery”, “we”, “us”) provides leadership advisory services including strategic thinking partnership, problem unpacking, and leadership development support.
Nature of Services
Our services are based on professional leadership experience and business judgement. We do not provide:
- Financial product advice or investment recommendations
- Legal advice
- Medical, psychological, or mental health services
- Tax, accounting, or audit services
- Any regulated professional services requiring specific licenses
Your Responsibilities
- You remain responsible for all business decisions you make
- You should seek appropriate specialist advice for financial, legal, regulatory, or technical matters
- You’re responsible for implementing (or not implementing) any ideas discussed in our work
Confidentiality
- Where you authorize disclosure
- Where we have legal obligations (duty of care regarding harm, legal requirements)
- Anonymous, de-identified information for service improvementWe maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and conversations, except:
Engagement Terms
- Engagements are documented in a separate engagement letter
- Either party may terminate on 30 days’ notice
- Fees are as agreed in the engagement letter
- Payment terms are typically monthly or per session as agreed
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for business decisions made by clients or outcomes of implementing (or not implementing) any ideas discussed.
Intellectual Property
- Any frameworks, materials, or content we create remain our intellectual property
- You may use insights and ideas from our work in your business
- We may share learnings from our work (anonymized) with other clients
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
